You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, measurements and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or display used.

Product availability may change. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, ORNR Studios will contact you and handle any cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices displayed at the time an order is placed apply to that order. Subsequent price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. ORNR Studios does not directly store full credit or debit card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, technical or pricing errors, or where performance becomes impossible. Any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, dispatch estimates and delivery information are provided on the relevant product, shipping or checkout pages.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control; however, nothing in these Terms limits ORNR Studios' obligations regarding delivery, loss or damage under applicable consumer law.

Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

Detailed instructions regarding returns, refunds, return shipping and any applicable exceptions are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy and, where applicable, the Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement presented during the purchase process.

Nothing in this section restricts statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

All content available on the ORNR Studios website, including photographs, graphics, designs, text, logos, trademarks and other brand elements, is owned by or licensed to ORNR Studios unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORNR Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the website.

We may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our services or applicable law.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published and will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to orders already confirmed, except where required by law.

Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.

Consumers may exercise their rights before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
